Shipping options
We offer free Standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Standard typically delivers in 3–4 business days. Faster paid options (such as Priority, 2-Day, or Next-Day) are available at checkout.
Processing times
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. During peak season, processing may take a little longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Carriers & tracking
We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. A tracking number will be provided when your order leaves our facility.
Shipping restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to international addresses.
PO boxes
USPS can deliver to PO Boxes. UPS and FedEx generally cannot deliver to PO Boxes; please use a street address if selecting those services at checkout.
Undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to pick up, we can reship to a corrected address; additional shipping charges may apply.
Delays
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated estimated delivery date.
Lost or damaged shipments
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if items are missing or damaged so we can evaluate and make it right. For carrier-marked “delivered” packages that you can’t locate, please check with household members and neighbors first, then contact us.
